The area surrounding the proposed site is already over subscribed. There is emense difficulties in getting appointments with local GPS or signing on with a new surgery. The increased population which would come with building in the site would increase this dramatically. Traffic is also an issue in the area, especially around the green lane area which would be impacted further. There is also a lack of green space in the area already and building on the field would impact the further. There has also been an increase in anti social behaviour and I am concerned this would increase again should more houses be built in the area.
