As a local resident for 30 years I have seen this space used for many things. It would be so unfair to build new houses here when already the area is over populated, are children can't go to out choosen local schools as they have no room?? Our local GPS have more patients than available appointments!! Local community health care workers are stretched as they have more patients to see than they can handle... why build and add more family's into the community when we can't manage with the community we've got. Building hete would take away a small green space that is used by many familys all year round from dog walking to family fun days..
