Site 25 is unsuitable for development because:
It is green belt land where wildlife will be destroyed e.g. a heron was in the field today.
This semi-rural setting will be spoiled by additional noise and light pollution
It is a low lying area of land often flooded - ponies kept in the field have developed "foot rot" and had to be destroyed.
School Road is a narrow lane, winding and subject to flooding.
There is currently considerable parking congestion at the school. School will be overwhelmed for places.
School Road traffic will increase greatly with Blythe Valley homes.
