Representation Summary:

-The issues identified do not adequately protect the character and attractiveness of the village. There aren't enough shops, doctors, dentists, other amenities etc to support such a growth in the village, particularly if there is development at Blythe Valley and a new service station at the M42 junction
-School Road is already dangerous for 3+ year olds and this has not been adequately addressed - this will only make the situation worse
-Residents living around School Road will experience a fundamentally busier locale, and destroying the village feel that we're all invested in
