This is overdevelopment in a rural environment, and concerning that an access road feeds onto Wooton Green Lane, a single track country lane. All access/egress from the site must be onto the A452 trunk road. It is also a considerable distance from the railway station, medical centre and other public amenities and therefore does not meet the SNBC sustainability requirements for such development.
