There is little green space for sports groups and residents in the area.
We are concerned about buildings being built with close proximity to our property, blocking out sunlight and the possibility of our property being overlooked by other tenants.
There is an ongoing problem with inadequate parking in the area which will be compounded with extra housing.
We are concerned that more housing will put extra strain on utilities and services in the area such as doctors, council services and education provision.
