Wootton Green Lane narrows in places and after a short run of approx 30 houses becomes effectively a country lane. My understanding is that the area of Green Belt surrounding it will be reduced. The area is surrounded by unspoilt countryside and is popular with dog walkers and ramblers. I believe the proposal to build up to 300 houses nearby will negatively affect the area and encroach further into the countryside.
