Full text:

The main troubling problem with regard to building new homes in Solihull is the requirement for more schools. If more homes are built in the borough there will be more families moving here with the corresponding increase in school age children. The current number of schools in Solihull will be unable to provide for these children as most are full or close to being so. Furthermore if Solihull council were to build more schools, where are the teachers going to come from? There is an increasing shortage of teachers throughout the UK and as a result of the UK leaving the EU there will be much fewer teachers from Europe willing to work in this country. The only solution would be to recruit teachers from further afield; perhaps from non-English speaking countries with the significant risk of declining standards.

It appears to me that this problem has not been considered in the Draft Plan.
