Unfair distribution in one square mile of 68.8 square miles of the Borough.
Added to new proposed care home by Sans Souci, Tanworth Lane.
Why such a targeted area?
Impact on local community.
Negative impact on Green Belt openness.
Loss of wildlife and open space.
Flooding impacts.
