Please could I kindly request that Housing Site 13 South of Shirley be retained for public use? This public amenity area is well used amongst the local community and is especially important for an area that has such a low provision of open space and parkland. Please reconsider other areas which are more logical infill sites and not used by the public.
I live on Hawkesbury Road and see how well used this area is by local residents, not just me (walking, bike riding) but also dog walking, enjoying with the family, on a daily basis.
It would be such a shame to lose this green space
