Complaint / Proposed Development in Sharmans Cross Road on the rugby club site
Firstly, even though I work in IT as a business analyst I have found your response process in the consultation document impossible to follow. It initially took me too long to actually find the document that I needed to review and then there is no obvious pen icon in order to enter my comments. I think you should review both the prominence of the Draft Plan review process on the website, your help files and finally improve the ease of submitting comments and asking questions.



I would like to ask a question about the development area that is on the site of Solihull Rugby Club. I have read the note that states that the area shown on the map doesn't necessarily mean that the whole area will be developed. In this case the obvious development site is where the two dis-used rugby pitches are. The marked area however includes the whole of the existing tennis club land. It is possible to explain whether the tennis club is to be demolished and all the courts removed to be replaced by housing? Or at the other extreme is the development going to be focused on the old rugby pitches and adjoining land where the rugby clubhouse stood and they had their car park?
