The vision statement is good, it appears to rely on HS2, the Airport and JLR - things that are not in their control. Balsall Common is affected by the increased traffic from the Airport and soon to be HS2. This does not fit in with the vision in any way. Housing should be moderated in this area. A larger population cannot be supported by the current infrastructure. The village centre is bursting at the seams now and development in the centre exacerbates this and is a poor showing against the vision for Balsall Common. We want no more of this.
