Number of priorities seem in contradiction to one another, and it is not clear which of these is the most important.
Para. 87 is flawed, i.e. significant new develpoment at Dickens Heath, Cheswick Green and Blythe Valley park will not allow the area to retain its intrinsic character of distinct villages separated by open countryside.
