We believe that the infrastructure required has been identified. It is considered that the Balsall Common by-pass (ref. Solihull UDP 2006), which would be of significant local (and regional) benefit, and a first phase of which, could also be delivered as part of the Concept Masterplan for land south of Station Road (see also Section 6: Transport and Access).
Please find attached a response to the Solihull Local Plan Review consultation on behalf of Colchurch Properties Limited who are promoting land to the south of Station Road, Balsall Common.
