Representation Summary:
Agree with site 9 being developed for housing that would enable a new secondary school to be built.
Over 500 houses should be built on this site.
I think there should be a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses, maybe some maisonettes as well.
The new school needs to be future proof. Is the site big enough for the proposed capacity until 2030? Will the school have flexible spaces for multiple uses?
