Agree with site 9 being developed for housing that would enable a new secondary school to be built.
Under 500 houses should be built on this site.
A too large development would have a negative impact on local traffic as well as services. The developers need to be required to consider sustainability, active travel and provision of green spaces and play areas. The houses built should include bike storage, utilise solar energy where possible and the whole area needs to be designated a 20mph zone.
