Agree with the strategy {sequential approach} as it is set out, but do not consider it has been followed. In particular Para. 102.
Missed opportunity to expand along the M42 corridor.
Disproportionate development south of Shirley (40%).
No development around Dorridge is an omission.
Suggest more even distribution across Borough.
