In relation to SHELAA Sites 16 and 17:
Support SHELAA report ranking of Category 1 for both of the sites, and comment that sites could be appropriate for residential use and make an appropriate extension to the existing settlement;
Accessibility mapping scores could be improved if sites merged with proposed allocation 16;
Support GBA score.
Landscape Character Assessment is more favourable than some of proposed housing allocations.
Not included in interim sustainability assessment.
Site should be included in SA.
