Recommend type of preferred use is expanded to include B2 and B8 as well as B1, and incorporated in Policy P3 text.
SHELAA Ref incorrectly assessed land at Fore; does not reflect information submitted to the Call for Sites, e.g., retail and leisure assessment. Suggest SHELAA is revisited and full site assessed for employment use. Currently not a robust evidence base on these sites for DLP.
Extension of Blythe Valley Park and Fore, and preferred uses for Fore, have been overlooked by DLP.
