The draft concept masterplan seems to work well, though not knowing what type of houses are proposed it's difficult to fully comment. I am keen that new development on this site is restricted to no more than 100 houses - preferably less, no more than 50 to enable more green space left around the new houses. I would like the houses to be of a high quality such as those by Waterloo housing in HH and to include a range of sizes. Also no more than 2 story high & considerations for traffic calming on School Road.
