I live right behind this field & it is a great place that is fenced so safe for dog walks, football or other sports & general outdoor activities. Building on this area would create more traffic, more problems parking by our homes which ia already a struggle & very busy. If a new field would have to be made to replace then what is the point in wasting money & build elsewhere where you do not need to replace a green area.
