My view on the Proposed sites for Balsall Common is that ..... : I used to live in Solihull and I have played cricket nearby at Berkswell CC for the past 8 years ... I think the idea is a good one and having driven around the area it would develop a part of the village that could have great benefit to the local area particularly that around Oakes Farm which would allow that local shop/cafe to develop too. I am aware of other Spitfire developments and they have been good quality and fit in to the local area well. No doubt they would do a similar job here, providing quality housing for the area
