SMBC leased this ground to Oakmoor who in turn have made no effort to continue the use of the land as a sporting facility. The traffic in the area is already bumper to bumper at key commuter and school collection times, along with flooding issues. The development will be out of character with local housing. I feel strongly that this proposal should not go ahead and that both the council and Oakmoor should follow the original covenant for this area.
