Representation Summary:

We reiterate our support for the release of land at Damson Parkway from the Green Belt, but strongly suggest that the proposed restriction to JLR related uses and supply chain is removed. This restriction is not required given the scale and nature of the employment land shortfall and the need for flexibility. Therefore, we request that Policy P1 and Site 20 be amended to reflect an unrestricted allocation for Class B1c, B2 and B8 uses at Damson Parkway.
