Housing density inappropriately high. Wootton Green Lane is single track and floods, access to A452 dangerous and already difficult, particularly at peak times. Access to Wootton Lane towards Barston and Knowle is also single track and already dangerous.
Two ponds support wildlife (amphibia, birds and fish) which is being displaced in Balsall Common are not included in the plans presented? Extension of building at this side of the village encroaches on the Meriden Gap .
