I would like to odject in part to the proposed plan as I feel family living has not been taken into consideration.
I believe the plan as it stands is going to have a very negative impact on mine and my neighbors on Blackford rd current living environment.
I am very concerned about the amount of trees that are going to be cut down as due to air quality I feel this is appalling they are also very much needed to help with the noise in the area.
Also as a mother to a young family I believe there has been very little thought given to open spaces and parks. As the space stands at the moment it gives somewhere to walk with the children due to the land and trees, if all of this is taken away and no parks or open space anywhere there will be no where to walk with young children. Every park is a car ride away which adds to pollution.
