Shirley is being over developed at a rapid rate. Infrastructure is not there to support this influx of population particularly roads and healthcare . In the solihull region shirley including Dickens heath has seen the highest rate of development . Green space is becoming more and more limited including potential loss of sports amenities. Other areas of the region should be considered as an alternative
