It is presumed that the vast majority of new households will travel out of the area. The options will be along gridlocked roads to the M42 or along impractical minor roads to reach and park up at Whitlock's End rail station. The present state of the roads together with the increased usage will give rise to dangerous conditions. I speak with experience as a seasoned cyclist who has seen conditions deteriorate recently. Despite your best intentions people will not walk or cycle on these roads but merely clog them up in order to vacate the area.
