Site is in sustainable location, part of built up area of settlement and requires only a minor adjustment to Green Belt boundary. Lower performing in GBA and medium to high accessibility. Object to erroneous application of site selection methodology Step 1 as should be 3/5 not 6, and Step 2 criteria satisfied. Object to statement re lack of defensible boundary as provided by mature trees/hedgerows. Lack of local opposition to site.
