Appendix A - Schedule of Sites Allocated in the 2020 Draft Submission Plan

  1. The table below is a schedule of sites from the 2020 plan, many of which have now reached the planning application stage. This means there is a more up-to-date position on their capacity. For comparison purposes, the present capacity is compared with that provided to the examination in April 2022 (document reference SMBC011). This formed the basis of the Inspectors conclusions on land supply whereas a later update in August 2024 (document reference SMBC026) wasn’t assessed by the Inspectors in detail.
